Last year a dear friend of mine gave me a very inspiring recipe book full of delectible recipes but I never get to try them out till a few months ago.. The book has hands on easy instructions (or so i thought) on making pastries from scratch, so I said to myself.. Lets make some mini choco croissant!
OK.. the pastry folding part was easy.. but the pastry dough making part, was a total mess! No pics on that :D
luckily I was introduced to a perfect solution.. a supermarket away.. ready made rolled pasty puff that is.. ;)

"homemade" pastry takes only 12mins to make! ^^
They are available at most supermarkets & baking store,
and could keep up to 3 months in the freezer.
